SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN – CHANNEL MANAGER
full-time paid internship

 

Kick start your career in the fast-paced world of digital marketing and advertising as a Social Media Intern – Channel Manager. This exciting position offers applicants both hands-on experience and leadership development opportunities in one of the world’s most in-demand industries.

Duties Include

  • Create and execute social media strategies that both speak to and inspire client social media audiences through competitive research, social listening, messaging and audience identification.
  • Develop leadership skills and professional acumen through client interaction, inter-team collaboration and staying up-to-date on developments from major social platforms.
  • Manage clients’ brand reputations by moderating client social platforms and fielding questions and comments from followers.
  • Collaborate with our creative team in producing, editing and publishing content that promotes conversation and drives engagement across client channels.
  • Help analyze metrics to determine what’s working, what’s not and how to improve tactics.

Requirements

  • Junior, senior or nontraditional student in college or recent graduate with coursework or experience in a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfort with analyzing data and drawing conclusions.
  • Familiarity with (and interest in) current trends in digital marketing.
